Edible Science - the Chemistry of Food, by Science Beginnings
We’ll make lip smacking experiments while exploring food chemistry. Sample topics may include:
- Enjoy root beer ice cream as you learn about freezing point.
- Discover the science behind delicious rock candy.
- What’s not to love about a lesson on chocolates and mixtures?
- We’ll cook up density concoctions and create some fizz as we learn about CO2.
